Caroline Morgan
Owner
Caroline studied Agriculture at Harper Adams and at Aberystwyth University before joining the family farm. She takes daily responsibility for our herd and can normally be found in the milking parlour where she will happily call each cow by their name. Caroline's two young children Catrin and Rhydian are always helping on the farm. Keep an eye out for (3 year old) Rhydian on his quad bike!
James Morgan
Owner
James studied Agriculture and Agricultural Engineering at Wiltshire College before joining the family farm. Skilled with machinery, James takes the lead on producing all of the feed for our cows alongside sustainably managing our land. In his spare time, James is heavily involved with Wick Young Farmers and also plays rugby for Llantwit Major RFC.
Kate Wright (nee Morgan)
Gelatiere
Kate graduated with a 2:1 honours degree from Nottingham University before rising to area manager at a long-established regional property consultancy. In 2025 she returned home to the farm and launched our artisan gelato range. The first full year of production has seen the gelato stocked at a number of retail outlets as well as securing recognition at competitions such as the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show.
John Morgan
Owner
Dad John has farmed Penuchadre for 50 years, taking over from his father to continue the succession of Morgan's. A former Wick RFC rugby player, John has invested years of hard work into our land. Now in his 70s and still farming everyday he is rightly proud to see how the public have embraced The Milk Hut and our Organic Milk
Cariad Tanner
Farm Worker
A farmer’s daughter herself, Cariad has been with us since we opened The Milk Hut. Specialising in livestock Cariad is an invaluable member of our team and helps with all aspects of Penuchadre Farm. And because farming full time isn't tiring enough, she recently built her own outdoors clothing brand, Rugged Roots.
